Dependable rental

Hassle-free dumpster rental.

A dumpster on the driveway is supposed to make a project simpler — not generate three more phone calls about scheduling, fees and damage. We keep it simple: the size you need, dropped when we said, picked up when we said, at the price we quoted.

We rent for residential clean-outs, construction and demo, roofing, landscaping, and commercial properties across the Hudson Valley.

Projects we haul for

  • Garage, attic & basement cleanouts
  • Kitchen, bath & whole-home remodels

Before you book

Sizing, access and what goes in the box.

A dumpster rental looks simple until the truck shows up and can't fit, the load gets refused at the transfer station, or the town wants a street-use permit you didn't know about. We work all of this out on the booking call so the day-of is boring — in a good way.

Right-size the first time

A short swap mid-project costs you a day. We'd rather over-size by one step at quote than under-size and stall the crew waiting for a pickup.

What can — and can’t — go in

Construction debris, household waste, drywall, lumber, roofing, decking, landscape material and most non-hazardous items are fine. Tires, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, refrigerants and electronics have to go separately — we’ll flag any of these on the booking call so you don’t get stuck with a refused load.

Driveway, street, or job site

Private driveway is the cleanest drop. Street placement may need a town permit depending on the municipality — we’ll tell you what’s required in your area before we roll, not after.

Plan the access

A roll-off truck needs roughly 60′ of straight backup and 11′ of overhead clearance. Tight turn, low branches, soft lawn? Mention it when you book — we’ll right-size the truck and protect the surface.

What it costs

What goes into a dumpster quote.

We don't post fixed prices — size, debris type, county tipping fees and distance all move the number, and there's no honest range that covers a 10-yard driveway drop through a 30-yard construction swap schedule. What we promise is a written quote back same-day, and the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Size & rental window

Bigger boxes and longer rentals cost more — but a too-small box that needs a swap usually costs more than renting one size up. We’ll talk this through at quote.

Debris type

General construction debris and household waste are straightforward. Heavy loads (concrete, brick, dirt, roofing shingles) get weighed differently because of tipping fees — we’ll flag this if it applies.

County tipping fees

Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange and Rockland each have different transfer-station rates. The fee passes through to the estimate, but it’s rolled into one number — not a separate line on the invoice.

Drop distance & access

A driveway five minutes from our yard is the cheapest case. Long hauls, tight turns and protected drop surfaces add time, and the quote reflects it honestly.

Swap-outs

Most rentals are one drop, one pickup. For multi-week construction jobs we can run scheduled swap-outs so the crew never stops — priced per swap, agreed up front.

Permits

Driveway drops don’t need permits. Street placement in some municipalities does. Where a permit is required we’ll tell you the rough cost and who to call before booking.

Standards

03

Honest, all-in pricing

FAQ

Dumpster rental FAQ.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

A standard rental window covers most jobs (typically 7–10 days). Need it longer? Just tell us up front and we'll work it into the quote — no surprise daily fees if we've agreed in advance.

What can I put in the dumpster?

General construction debris, household waste, drywall, lumber, roofing, decking, landscape materials and most non-hazardous items. Tires, paint, chemicals, propane tanks and electronics need to go separately — we can advise on those when you book.

How do I know what size I need?

Tell us the project (kitchen reno, garage clean-out, roof tear-off, etc.) and we'll recommend a size. We'd rather you rent the right size once than pay for a swap mid-project.

Can you swap out a full dumpster mid-project?

Yes — for ongoing demos and construction we can run swap-outs on a schedule, so the crew never stops working because there's nowhere to put the debris.

Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on the street?

In a private driveway, no. On the street or sidewalk it depends on the municipality — some Hudson Valley towns require a short-term street-use permit, others don't. We'll tell you what's required in your area before we schedule the drop, so you're never blindsided by a code-enforcement knock.
